I tried every die in the book to resolve clickers, didn’t work. AW reamer was the ONLY solution.

That said, my secret sauce is a Redding Type S with a carbide ball upgrade and an SAC bushing sized .001” smaller than comparable Redding bushing. Then a VLD stem swapped into the Redding micrometer seating die too.

No matter the cartridge, same ol' boring, accurate ammo for the PRC.......Lee collet die, Redding body die for the rare occasion shoulders need bumping. Easy as it gets.

Anyone tried Lee?
I use lee for my 6.5 cm. I am newb reloader. First couple grouping trying different amounts of powered were all under .5 moa (3 shot). That said I am using good brass and bullets

I’d go Hornady for 6.5 PRC. Or RCBS.

Fit and finish is worth it over Lee.

Avoid Redding.

Avoid Redding? Huh? The gold standard? Do tell!
The Redding premium 6.5 PRC fl sizing die has to be cranked down to cam over to the point of denting cases to produce brass that will chamber.

I have a Redding premium die for 450 Marlin as well that oversizes the case opening into a crude “neck” that has to be expanded back out.

Hornady 6.5 PRC fl die has a vent hole and works great. It’s nicer than a Lee die for not much more $.

A- that is far more likely an issue with the dimensions of your chamber, not the die. I have over a dozen Redding dies and do not have this issue with any of them.

B- this sounds like a set up problem. Don’t turn the die in so far.

I had a set of RCBS matchmaster dies and the did a pretty good job. The bullet window was prettly slick and made bullet seating a piece of cake. In the sizing die, I played with SAC and Wilson bushing and found in my rifle that the Wilson bushing did better. So I stayed with those and sold the SAC bushing to a buddy.

I ended up selling sending the dies back to brownells because I was having seating depth issues with the die. The mico adjust wasnt right on mine and was likely a 1 off deal. My buddy has the matchmaster dies for his 6.5 CM, 6.5 PRC, and 6GT and they are great.

I bought a Forster FL Bushing bump die and their neck bushing for a sizing die and a Redding Competition Micrometer Seating die and love the combo. Seat die adjusts spot on, sizing die does enough to full length size my brass but not as much as the rcbs did. I like the setup enough to do the same die set and piece it together for my next rifle build.
