6.5 PRC Build - Action Recommendations

Tikkas run. I’d go medium or long action if not. Shot a 6.5 prc in solus and a 7prc in defiance I prefer the defiance or cdg.

This is an 18”6.5prc

If you're only using factory bullets, no need to use a long action. 6.5 PRC factory loads are designed for short action. I shoot Hammer HHT 125 grain out of my 18 inch and get 2,960 FPS using RL26 unicorn powder (until I run out).

I'm in the short camp or if you are planning on shooting the 156's go to the medium.

Either the AntiX or the Kelbly Nanook...the difference would be do you want a mechanical ejector or plunger?

I think the nitride is great. The lightening cuts is non essential but does look cool, drops a few ounces, and since I already had it sent in figure why not.
