Out of curiosity, what advantage would the 6.5/7 PRC have over a 6.5 Weatherby RPM throated like the 6.5 PRC? Based on the info I have been able to find, the 6.5 RPM has only one grain less water capacity than the 7mm PRC (81 gr vs 82).
I couldn't tell you. I have not researched the 6.5 Weatherby. Maybe ADG brass?

The freebore in my chamber is .340 and a freebore diameter of .265.

I've just started working with the 156. will update when I have more data.

That's insanely deep, I love it.
Haha hell yeah it is! I wasn’t sure if I’d want to scream 140’s and wanted some freebore room to play with them also. But the 156’s .010 jam in a .180 freebore shot great for me.

Got my 26" carbon benchmark sendero 1-8 twist in.

My current barrel is a 22" 1-7.5 twist proof. It's looking like it safely tops out right around 69gr. N570 at 3110FPS.

Putting the new barrel on after this aoudad hunt next month and searching for 3200+ with 156's out the 26" with less twist. I think it'll be a breeze.

That's outstanding!

This cartridge is uncanny in it's ability to attain great numbers.
I'm honestly enjoying it. I could go 69gr. at 3100, but it is just the faintest hair into pressure. So I settled on 68. I kept my cases in the pickup at 70 degrees yesterday during the test as well.
