Read the other post about 4 fletch and was wondering how many different jigs can do them . I know the bitzenberger but looking for a cheaper solution if possible. Thanks

After using a few different types I would recommend the bitz as well. It will last you a lifetime. Might as well start with the best.

A Jo-Jan will also do 4 fletch

I also use Jo-Jan. Not as well known or sexy as the others but I stared using mine at a shop 25 years ago and it’s been solid since. They do have 90°/90° and 105°/75° nock receivers as well.

If you want short vanes with helical, the AZ EZ fletch mimi is a really good option. There are not a lot of jigs that put as much helical on a short vane.

For you guys using the bitz for 4 fletch, do you have issues with the spacing on the last vane? I use a bitz but it doesn't seem to space the vanes out evenly. The first three are spaced too far apart causing the last vane to nearly touch the first.

If you are resourceful (cheap) and patient, four fletch can be achieved with an EZ fletch. It’s kinda hard to explain so I’ll spare the confusion unless someone is interested
