32 Remington reloading data

Anyone have any data on reloading 32 Remington? Have been looking for info and not really finding much. Was told that 32 Winchester special data would possibly be the same?

Not exactly a 32 Remington, but i used to have a 30 Remington and used 30-30 data (with Speer 150 gr and IMR 3031) to good effect. All the data i dug up claimed to be interchangeable; this was before the advent of the LVR stuff.
I kept them on the light side because it was an old Model 8.
