67.5gr of H4831SC and Norma brass looks promising for me with ~2780fps and SDs of 8-12 fps out of my 20" 1:11 barrel Tikka. Generally get 5-shot groups with 3-4 touching shots with one "flier" that may be due to some neck tension inconsistencies that I'm ironing out. Yes, I understand shot dispersion and sample size.

Don't have anything to help you with but have thought this bullet would be an excellent choice in a 300 WSM even in the 1 in 11 Tikkas. Be just as good in your 1 in 9 twist.

H4831 and 190's is good to go!

The more I think about it based on my experience with 180's I would try H 4831 SC first.

That's what I went straight to based on reports from others in this forum. The case is right about 100% full and I think the burn rate is between H4350 and H1000.
