Ur rite GKPrice... But with those additions... I think the tikka would be so much better..

Without a doubt.

I'm a Tikka fan. I have a .260 T3 CTR in an XLR chassis and a bone stock .270 WSM T3 stainless/laminate. I'm not ever selling either, though I may at some point rebarrel the .270 WSM to .300 WSM and stick it in an EH-1.

The .260 is a five shot 1/2 MOA gun that sneaks down into the threes regularly.

The tikka 1:11 barrel will stabilize 200 grain bullets. These are 210 bergers..... Shot not in the clip... But the 200 grain accubond and bergers in the clip just as well

What Berger’s are you running? Thinking about trying 180 or 200 Berger’s. Any recommendations on powder? Thanks

I can't say anything about the Barnes .30 cal, but my 5.56, 270 win and 45-70 the results have all been the same. Devastating. I shot 185# dressed whitetail this year with the 45-70 and was surprised I didn't have a pass through. On post mortem; Broke front shoulder, hit second shoulder and took a right hand turn. Found it under the hide on the hind quarter. 90% retention and went through over 5 feet of animal. Penetration is not an issue.
I also agree with Thinkingman, lots of variables happen that your ballistic chart can't tell you. Number one is you! Practice, practice, practice.
