I have for sale an excellent condition 300 Win Mag custom right-handed rifle. This rifle was trued, chambered, and threaded by Dane Miller of DMR in Las Vegas, NV. He is a top notch gunsmith and everything he has spun up for me shoots lights out. Specs are as follows.

DMR built Rem 700 SS LA, 300 Win Mag, RH

--Proof Research carbon-wrapped Sendero Contour barrel, 1-10 twist, finished at 24", threaded 5/8x24
--Rem 700 SS LA, trued. This came from a rifle built in the 80's back when Remingtons were actually pretty good
--PT&G upgraded, lightweight firing pin and shroud
--Hawkins Precision direct mount 30mm rings with 20MOA cant built in
--Stocky's NextGen Ultralite Carbon Fiber VG2 stock,
--Trigger Tech trigger set at 2lbs
--Magpul DBM with Magpul 300 Win Mag 5 round magazine. This system feeds super smooth and does not add much weight to the rifle while still allowing a detachable mag. This DBM will work with any AICS style 300 Win magazines.
--Muzzle Brakes and More 2 piece, self-timing, 3 port Beast Muzzle Brake

My scale says it weighs 7 lbs 2 ounces as you see it.

It shoots the Hornady ELD-M 208 grain bullets with H1000 less than 1/2 MOA without any real load workup. I just used a load that has worked well for me in the past. Velocity is right at 3000 fps. There are less than 50 rounds down the tube, so the barrel isn't even broken in yet. I can include the brass that I have and reloading dies if the buyer is interested.

**Price reduced to $2300 plus actual shipping costs from my FFL to yours**B5917CE1-A9FF-4E82-BAFF-2C981610B1F2.jpeg3A3F3258-168B-47B0-8E3F-B59848C39178.jpegFA4A43CD-5173-467F-803D-DE10E3AFB683.jpegDE790CDE-5E05-460C-9A12-367770B6DAA7.jpegFF2C058C-E2DB-41C1-A1AD-7F37A76BDDBB.jpegBC94103C-5092-4B19-AE04-7CD687AC3A90.jpeg

Sweet looking rifle, please share your load with me. I can not get the 200gr to get anywhere near 3k in my win mag. 2900 shows some pretty good pressure signs.

You're using the wrong powder..

568, 570, or h1000

Also great brass makes a big difference, I got nearly 200 fps changing brass to lapua and going to 570 in my norma.

I will have to dig through my load data to see what load I was using. As stated above, powder selection is key. I was using Winchester brass that was thoroughly prepped. Lapua brass would likely be a better choice.

I found an accurate scale and re-weighed the rifle. The rifle as you see it without bipod weighs a very svelte 7 lbs 2 oz.

Recoil is tame with the MBM muzzle brake.

I still have this rifle. It hasn't been used since I originally posted it. If someone wants a tack driver, this rifle is still available.

This is such a shame . I really liked the pictures of your rifle and I live in the same state. I was trying to buy your rifle last year in Oct. but it took forever for you to respond to me . And since I drew a deer tag I had to buy something. Wish I could have held out and bought yours. Very nice rifle …
