If you don't want to mess with a gunsmith the easy answer would be 300prc. Otherwise you can throat a 300wm to equal a prc, and a properly throated 30nos will be beat both of them.

If you want to step up from there you might as well go all out and get a 300 terminator. It simply boils down to how much weight you want to carry and the speed you're wanting from the particular bullet you want to shoot....that's the real question. Picking the bullet and speed you want will tell you the cartridge.

That’s just it. In factory SAAMI form, the RUM and Nosler (and the win mag) weren’t designed for todays long, high BC bullets. They were just designed to rip 180’s. The 300 prc, on the other hand, was designed from the ground up with bc in mind. So yes, if you really want to make a rocket ship, go with the RUM, or the Nosler, but you’ll need to have that chamber throat cut out to maximize its potential. Doing so it’s really not a big deal as it’s pretty common these days and any decent gunsmith should understand the end goal. But the easy route is the PRC as it was designed to shoot such bullets from inception.
