300 NMI vs 300 Terminator

I’m looking to build my next gun and trying to decide on what caliber I want. I’m looking at 300 NMI vs 300 Terminator, which one would be better? I’m also interested to see if anybody has done a +P with the NMI? The build would be throated for a Berger 245 and I expect 3050ish fps with a 27-28 inch tube. If I can’t get 3050ish with Berger 245 I would step up to a 338 Lapua Improved. Application is only hunting and practice.

I have 300NMI and I'm getting 3050 with a 230 Berger and 26" barrel. 92gr. N570 and I could probably throw another grain in there based on pressure signs, but it's shooting pretty good where it's at. A 245 at 3050 with a 27-28" barrel should be easily attainable.
