Hey OP,

How does the dead air do with first round pop?
With a bolt action rifle pretty much every shot is first round pop isn’t it? I thought that was only something people worried about with rimfire silencers but I guess I’m not in the semi automotive game.

I ordered the nomad Ti XC a few hours ago, sort of an impulse purchase but I wanted another high end can since I have 2 that I’m not super happy with (banish 30, fell for the SC lies and bought it as my first one, and the scythe….).

All my suppressors have the pop first round. It’s just a little louder the first round but not substantial. The nomad ti xc for me is the same. But it’s closer to the scythe.

I'm looking to purchase a 30 cal suppressor. It will be shared between a 7.5" 300 BLK AR pistol and a 16" .308 SFAR. Weight and length are important. I want to keep it under 7" and 10 oz. Because of weight, all options are Titanium. I am not a lead slinger, so rapid fire is not a concern. Both have adjustable gas blocks, so no concern there. The .308 SFAR has a Radian Raptor-SD charging handle, for what that's worth. Both are occassional use weapons and don't see a high round count.
I'm going with the Nomad 30 for use with my 300PRC and 300BLK. The 300BLK is 7.5" barrel on AR platform. Hopefully, it will cycle well with super and subsonic loads. I may have to switch to an adjustable gas block. I'll update with how well it works.
