280AI Berger 7mm 175gr Elite Hunter bullet load.

I have a Browning Xbolt 280AI 1@8 26-inch barrel rifle. I got my hands on some Berger 175gr. I have the following powders.
V N160 N550 N560 .
IMR 7828SSC 4831 4350
H4831SC H1000
RL19 22
Magnum

I loaded up some with N560 and H1000.

H1000 for me. 58.5 grains if I’m remembering correctly. Shoots fantastic.

The data provided seems to have some pretty stout max charges. Work up for sure! I’ve only used RL23 and RL26 with 280AI and 175’s.
With the powders you have, I would try N560, 7828SSC, H1000, or RS magnum first and in that order.

7828 is what I use for 180 eldm. 58gr gives me 2850fps

I shot the top group with H4831sc and Berger 175gr Elite Hunter. And the bottom group with RL19 and a 162gr eld x. Top group was 4 shot. Bottom was 3 shot. 2940 fps on the 175gr grain.

If you don’t have pressure signs, and if the ES was low, I think you found your load.
