My first bull, of all the critters I've killed the only one I ever had measured. 7x7

I know pictures can be deceiving - especially when you don’t have all the angles for judging beam length and mass, but dang…. Some of these bulls I would swear were 320s!

this is my entry - the only bull I’ve bothered to score. 310 is what I taped him at. A really big bodied bull despite not being super old.

Yep, pictures can be so deceiving.
Yea, I am way better judging them in person. The only way I can get close on a photo is if I know the person in the photo (for size reference) and the photo is not "Gohunt staged", 4 ft behind the animal with a macro lens.

It takes a lot of mass and main beam length to hit 350s! Someday I'll kill one that big.

I've only shot one mature bull and he was above the mark requested here, but not by much. The rest were cows or dinks, and they tasted gooood.

Never measured but probably in that range.

Hard to imagine I would've been happier than when I killed this bull if it had 40 more inches of bone on its head--but maybe I'll find out some day.
