Does anyone have tips for loading these. I have trouble with them chambering. Could nickel plated cases be part of the issue?

I had a Tikka T3 in 300wsm that had a tight chamber. Nosler custom/premium brass that is supposed to be ready to load had to be bumped back a couple thou before the bolt would close. Didn’t have an issue with a Winchester factory round though.

No, I haven't had problem with it.
*Edit, only "problem" is that it goes back in storage once I get a box or two of really good brass that I can use for a while.

Nickel should be a little more slick that has nothing to do with it. You need to measure all case dimensions and figure out where the tight spot is.
It’s likely either the base just a little up from the rim/extraction groove (notorious on WSMs and seems I’ve posted this every few months since figuring mine out this time last year. My father in laws has the same base issue in tikka 270 WSM, mine is a tikka 300 WSM), or the shoulder. 99% of people will tell you to keep sizing that shoulder back because the vast majority of other cases/chambers that is the likely culprit.
Alex wheeler has a good video on measuring your case against die pre and post sizing. It shows all the necessary measurements to figure out the problem.

Micron dies are the smallest base diameter per Ryan Pierce, Erik Cortina came out with a mandrel die that you can leave the mandrel out of and it’s then a base sizing die, I also found Wilson to match my chamber well and size the base pretty well.
