260 Remington

Had a .260 Rem for years. Always had the best luck on game with the 120 NBT but it was equally good with a 129 SST. Accuracy was outstanding in both.

The other bullet that was an absolute wicked killer was the 100 NBT inside of 300 yards. I know with today's emphasis on long, heavy-for-caliber bullets that this pill won't get much love but damn, it is a slayer of deer!

I know this is an older thread and forgot about until today. I promised pictures of this highly tweaked Remington 600 (no typo) with an 8 twist barrel in 260 REM. The scope is just a place holder, I have a Swarovski Z3 in the safe just for this rifle.

I’m digging the Weaver on there. But, yeah the optics are a bit subpar. Thanks for posting.

That's a beauty of a rifle, congrats. Love the 260 Rem and with the 1 in 8 you'll be able to run a lot of different bullets.
