Perhaps a 7000-series alloy would have been a better choice there.

OTOH, we're talking about replacing a sub-$15 part every 2,000 rounds.

Yes, now that I know what is causing the issue, it's no big deal. I bought multiple spares for my 223 and 6mm.

Tagging in because I just picked up a 243 and need dies. Why would you need a different stem for the 108 eldm? Because they are longer than the 95s ect…?
