you are wrong again!!

i have killed a lot of thing with small calibers. i CHOOSE not to hunt larger with smaller. Seems your ethics are more in question than mine. Mine are mine and i am steadfast in them.

Ok. here is one article i recently read. peruse this

You’re seriously mentioning this article as a resource? To form an opinion?

Absolutely no way I could ever take anything you say as credible(not that I ever really did to begin with)

Cheers have a good day.

That in no way answers any of the three straightforward questions I asked you. Can you answer them?

Edit: did you actually read the article you linked, and if yes, do you believe it effectively supports your position?

Again, since you have a hard time comprehending it - I WILL NOT shoot a 77 grain bullet at a large animal like an elk. EVER - I never said a 77 grain bullet wont kill, what I have said and stand behind is that a 210 grain bullet of the same construction and similar velocity is ballistically superior and has better terminal force than a 77.

I would describe my unchanging ethics in the statement above.
But why do you draw that line? A 300 grain .338 bullet of the same construction and similar velocity does more than your 210. Why is that not your line? Is someone who has that line more ethical than you?

Ok to @Erik1972 - in hopes we are actually helping you - I think you and I agree on many things. Awesome....

@svivian and @eric1115 - what we are discussing has been discussed on many threads and through many back and forths - You aren't going to every change my mind and it appears I am not going to change yours.

All good - if you hunt and shoot you are a friend of mine - Cheers!

EXACTLY right! You just admitted my point and argued against yourself. Just like a 210 -vs- a 77 is better, so it is for a 300 -vs- a 210...bigger is better
Nice job!

Quote me where I tried to change your mind, I’ll wait.

You certainly have been trying to change everyone else’s mind. I know you feel the need to be relevant and the authority on this but you certainly are not doing well in that department.

Good luck

Edit: I would like to also have you quote where I have even mentioned wanting to shoot a smaller caliber. Again I’ll wait

Exactly right that the .338 guy has better ethics than you? Why do you draw the line where you do?

Please delete this thread! All I did was ask about using the 22 Creedmore legally. I obviously misread some of the states I hunt in regs and took 22 Rimfire as 22 caliber centerfire. My fault! But I do know some states have minimum calibers for there big game. And I assumed 22 Creedmore was too small. I didn't expect this forum/thread to turn into what it has. I won't post again due to this. Thanks for your time!!!

My apologies, OP. This has been happening in a lot of threads lately and I struggle with the best way to handle it. I hate the arguments, but I also hate letting what I see as uninformed or bad information go unchallenged.

Keep reading, keep posting!

Well I don't want all the alert notifications coming to me for a thread that has gone completely off the rails about stuff that doesn't pertain to my original question. Please delete if possible.

You can easily “unwatch” a thread. Go to the top of the thread and tap on the watch/unwatch box and confirm. You can also block users if you don’t want to see their content. It can be a useful feature and cleans up a lot of threads ;)

Just ignore the absolute drivel and content straw man “arguments” from @Article 4 and you’ll learn a thing or two.

Seriously bro.
Learn to manage thread notifications and unwatch.
That way we can jump thisbitch off the rails.

It's my thread so you're telling me I can unwatch a thread I started?
