Would having a 22” Ark serve any purpose if based on my torso, I should probably be in a 25? Use would not be for heavy loads. Eastern whitetail hunting carrying a tree stand . Maybe a deboned whitetail which with gear would put me around 60-70lbs.
I don’t want the height of a 25 for getting snagged on brush but I wouldn’t get a 22 if it would be no different than something like a shapecharge.

It should have much MORE support than a shapecharge......a 22" serves a good purpose and has many benefits for maneuverability.

You think 60 lbs would be rough without getting any load lift?

That frame will carry better than a frame sheet, lift angle equal. How far are you packing out? How often?

Not often, maybe once a year. I typically drag but want the option. Would see more use hauling a tree stand or maybe a turkey decoy.
I just can’t wrap my head around if it will provide any level of comfort if I get into the 60-70 lb range. I have a 357 mag and I find it annoying in the brush getting hung up and bumping my head off of it.

Just me, but wouldn’t plan for the ‘worst’ but normal operation. Just my .02 of course.
