2026 NRL Hunter Thread

Anyone going to the anti defiance shoot this weekend? This will be my first NRL and super excited but panicking slightly. :ROFLMAO:
Won't be there, but I've heard that it's one of the best matches/venues of the season. Almost everyone is awesome in this sport though, so no need to panic. Assuming you're in skills, ask lots of questions, watch the best guys in your squad and how they manage their equipment, etc.

Ya I'm not too worried, enough to make it exciting. Done a fair amount of local PRS but first time with added pressure of how nrl does it. Went ahead and dove in on open heavy. Not many opportunities here in Montana and for price difference skills didn't make sense to me.

Got my shit kicked in at NRL but getting some experience will definitely help with the next one. RO's definitely gave me some good coaching. I did it for the Experience Challenge which had me run my hunting set up. The ultralight hunting set-up has way to many con's at an event like this though.

Welcome to the club, its eye opening and ego maiming experience for sure. Good on you for putting yourself out there

I have done 7 of them now and I always leave wondering what the hell I am doing there. I say I’m never doing another one, pout and then sign up again. Rinse and repeat 😭
