2026 Colo Sheep/Goat draw this week and mentoring of new tag holders

Received my paperwork packet with the mandatory check form and all that fun stuff. Still haven't received my tag in the mail yet, that I've seen.

Good to hear, normally we'll go a week or so in between pulling the mail, but lately Ive been checking the mail daily like a kid waiting for a Christmas present. Then ill believe its real, lol.
@hunthikecamp and @wannakillabigbull Hopefully you are registered and we will see you at the Sheep and Goat Hunter Meet & Greet on June 20.
A flyer for that event is in the packets CPW sent out. Also the webinars CPW hosts June 9 for Sheep Tag holders and June 11 for mtn goat tag holders are worth attending as well.

Anybody still waiting on the packet and/or tags? Still nothing in the mail for me. Can someone share the details of the June 9 Sheep seminar from CPW, assuming that info is in the packet? Time, location, etc? Thanks!

You should have received an email around 5/21 with details on the June 9 seminar. It’s online (zoom), starts at 6pm, and you need a passcode provided in the email.
I received my packet in the mail mid last week but have not received my tag yet.

huh...something must be different with deserts, i found an old recording of one of those webinars and it did seem more focused on Rocky Mtn BH. I verified CPW has the right address on file so i'll give it some more time yet. Never got an email, just checked.

My tag was delivered in the mail today.
The event is this week, June 20th.
We have OVER 350 attendees signed up thus far including a whopping 110 sheep tag holders across 43 hunting units and 50 mtn goat tag holders. And we have previous hunters coming in droves to help the new guys start planning and scouting.
RMBS has the most amazing membership and they really step up! We will have hunt mentors with experience in nearly every one of the 43 sheep units with hunters attending and ALL of the Goat units. Amazing!
