I want to see something from Marlin... 336 360Buckhammer or the return of a 444 Marlin. Or a Marlin 336 Texan (straight grip) for those of you non lever action fans.
They would sell every one they could make.

I think the 360 BH in the Marlin is the only one that has a chance of being produced.

I decided to just go with a H50R for the 60hz refresh rate and 3x base mag, and $1500 cheaper. It’s an amazing piece of equipment.
Nice, that sounds like a good unit. My primary scope right now is the RH50R but these 1280 offerings sure are tempting.

I’m torn. I would like to get the S60. But the 60hz refresh on the H50r is really pushing me that way.

Poor shooting due to lag on running game has cost me way more coyotes and hogs than anything else IMO. Excited to see if that makes a real difference in the field. I know just playing with it the image is super smooth. The optical zoom also works much better than I thought. I may not ever touch the digital mag. Which it also steps up in 1x increments, so you have a 3-9x on base mag but can go up to a 4-12 or 5-15 without cutting the image quality in half.

I hardly ever shoot at running coyotes. (No hogs here) I did shoot a runner the other day during a tourney though which ended up putting us in the money.

How well does the ballistic reticle work?

I shoot on 6x a lot. 3x base 2x digital. So usually shooting with a 320 image.

The increased FOV of the S60 would be nice. It’s hard to do synced doubles if you can’t see both in the scope at the same time.

Either unit seems like a winner.

Yeah the runners are after the shooting starts. Often have 3-4 yotes come in at a time, and very commonly have 20+ hogs in one field. More often than not the first targets die but most runners make it away after a lot of shooting ha.

It really depends on the dealer you work with but it sounds like most of the new product will be hitting shelves in the 1st quarter of 2025.
Thanks for the insight, question now is pick up a tx60c with lrf for discount or wait!
