Western Wyoming archery season treated me well. Cow walked by herself during the midday nap one arrow at 50yds put her down. The next weekend I snuck in on this bull while he was bugling and he ended up walking up to me and gave me a shot at 11 yds.

are group went 4 for 4 on bulls this year. and I was able to fill a cow tag. My freezer is look good this year!

It ended up being a tough season for me after blowing an easy shot on my first outing of archery season, so after not seeing much or not being able to close the distance all fall, it felt really good to notch my cow tag today.

Filled a cow tag on opening morning (August 15th). I came across the herd the evening of August 14 and then found them again bright and early the next morning not too far away. Snuck into 356 yards and was able to put a gal on the ground right where she stood. Psyched to start the big game season with meat in the freezer, now I can be picky the rest of the year.

I didn't get the upper hand on a Legal Bull (6 point +) this year but found a decent set of sheds on my last day of the Elk season.
