Chased him out on the ice and ran out of ice. It had a busted rear leg by the looks of it.

Pointed right out of the truck . Birds had run. Dogs were a little excited and bumped them on the relocate. Doesn't always go as planned!

First 3 man of the year. We missed all the Gaddies and killed all the Ringers. Dogs didn't care they got to go swimming.

The hunting gods smiled on me today. Last day of grouse season. Shot all three over points. Tried to find some Huns, no dice but could have shot 10 more grouse over points! It was magical!!

Dog was on fire in the New Year. Only downside to training your dog to deliver only to you is that you wind up carrying all of the birds.

I got it at Gun Dogs Unlimited. I really like it. Looked at several and picked this one. Can always see the screen which is what I wanted. It comes with a shoulder strap as well but I don't use it. I clip it to my belt loop, keeps it out of way and perfect to pick up and look at.

Woodcock hard to find in the south right now
With the crazy temp swings and how dry it is. Found some in the thick river cane. Two dogs on point 15 ft with a woodcock in between us. Also found out they care nothing about rabbits but I wont pass a chance at a big swamp rabbit

Its fine. I have noticed zero difference but im barely through my first box. It patterned as good or better than bismuth out of my 12 ga. I havent shot any 20 yet.
