Got out after some farm birds today. He was very methodical when getting close to birds and didn’t crash through any while searching. He was also surprisingly steady to flush, shot, and fall. Only gave chased the one bird I missed. Woodcock is open here now so hopefully I can get him on those soon too.

Got out Sunday with two of my boys. Great day. Roosters held well! Thats gonna change.
