If you did nothing wrong, you have nothing to fear. If it was 100% legal, why remove the picture? If it was a "town buck", you can understand people's skepticism.

Well, I came here to share a special buck. I’m disappointed it sounds like he spent time in town, but I’m confident everything was aboveboard on my end.

I was honestly shocked to see that picture of him chilling in the 'hood. I always imagine them hiding in the steep stuff. A lot can happen after the velvet comes off.

Yeah, I understand where it’s coming from. I entered him into the competition for fun, and now that it’s drawing criticism, I just don’t care to participate any more

If everything is aboveboard why did you take the euro mount picture down? Also seems strange to just have a euro mount for a buck of that caliber. I know I would be getting a shoulder mount unless there was a reason you couldn’t take it to a taxidermist…..

So the only picture you put up is clearly edited in black and white and doesn’t have any evidence of any other portion of the animal. No ears or portion of the skull visible…almost seems like a hero shot after the fact to me. No visible weapon or quarters hanging out.

I’m sure a picture of him laying on the ground would make everything much more clear. Unless there isn’t one

You shot him while out hunting. No shame in that. If anyone saw him out in the hills they’d kill him (including those that took pictures of him in town). A lot of guys kill big bucks out of people’s hay fields and pretend they were 20 miles from the trail head. If you’re telling the truth, just own it. You shot a wild buck in the hills that happens to summer in someone’s raspberry patch. In a weird way it’s almost more interesting than those crazy hard to reach high country bucks. Sweet buck and good work.

Robbie has mentioned multiple times that he can still see city lights for a lot of the big bucks he’s chased. The big ones figure things out that the others don’t.

I've seen hours of footage of him and his buddy. I'm honestly blown away he didn't get hit by a soccer mom in a mini van.

Totally agree! I would be proud and sharing all sorts of pictures showing off a buck like that. Especially if I knew everything was perfectly legal….
