Connected with Twinkle Toes on a dirt hole full of cat food last night. This guy walked past a DP or 3 for months.

MB 450 half offset. After setting these a few weeks I still don't understand why you would want a half offset. The "fox" has close jaws but the springs seem light. Nuances.

Need to full body mount him, for the memories.

How was the trap the fox hit set up?

Fox caught in a tip up cubby set primarily for wolverine. Catch a few foxes each year in a cubbies, but generally they are wary around them. The branches on the ground are the cubby with an opening for animal. Foothold is set on the ground directly in front of cubby opening. Trap is anchored to tip up pole. Tip up pole is held down by a nail sticking out of a stump. Animal steps in trap, struggles and releases tip up pole from nail, tip up pole raises up lifting animal off ground. I’ll try to take a picture next time out. It might make more sense in a photo.

There's a den tree across the road I can see them in at night with thermal.

I saw this one in a tree on the highway at night with thermal vision.

Put a DP on the tree and it took 3 nights.
