9/19/24 First time trying a solo trip

My first rifle bull, hunted and killed this bull solo. Spent all day breaking him down and shuttling meat. Met up with a friend who came to help me that night. We hiked through the night and almost made it back as the sun was rising the next morning. My friend snapped this picture on the final stretch. Without a doubt one of the most challenging yet rewarding hunts I’ve ever done.
