Happy New Year everyone. What’s everyone’s goals or resolution for 2021? I will start first. Just remember once you post on here make sure you write them down on a piece of paper. You are more likely to meet your goals if they are written down.

1) Hunt coyotes this winter.
2) Catch a couple walleye (it’s hard in my neck of the woods).
3) Turkey Hunt.
4) Catch some spring crappie.
5) Take my son fishing (He’s almost 3).
6) Idaho backpack spring black bear with my brother.
7) Go to the Smoky Mountains with my son and Wife.
8) Have a healthy baby this fall (my wife is due in August).
9) Be more in tune at work (This was hard for me this year, working from home and a micromanaging boss doesn’t help).
10) Become more financially aware with our money (my wife pays all the bills, I couldn’t tell you how much money comes in or leave in a month).

Excellent goals. I hope you succeed with all of them.

Been in California for 35 years and I’m pretty sure this is the year I make my great escape with my family.
Thats a good one, I just left a little over 1 year ago after spending 18 years there one of the best things I have done in a long time!!!

I already started some of these but;
1. Sell off all the junk I don’t need and de-clutter the house, use that money for quality fun stuff/gear and not quantity. It’s amazing how much stuff you end up with you don’t really need or use.
2. Start backpack hunting instead of hunting from the truck or taking the atv in and then hiking from there.
3. Make a better commitment to my health.
4. Spend more time in the woods with my kids.
5. Get my wife into archery so I can shoot more (perhaps a little selfish? Hahaha)

Those are the mostly hunting/outdoors related things.

Other stuff;
1. Get a small side business going. I have a few product ideas that might do ok.
2. Paint the house
3. Reno a lot of the house

Looks like I’m going to be busy 😳
