2021 Best Wild Sheep Photo Contest, sponsored by Stone Glacier

Just got back from the Wrangells yesterday and was fortunate enough to take my second sheep. He was in a really tough spot that didn't lend well to awesome pictures but some opportunities just can't be passed.

It’s close enough to their birthday’s that I’ll just call them 63 and 65 years old. My mom’s first ram. You are never too old. One perfect shot from 309 yards and my tough as nails mother got it done.

Congrats. That is awesome. I had the pleasure of being with my Mom when she killed her first bull elk when she was in her 50s. Great memories.
Great photo and scenery.

Awesome Job Snyd!! Not sure if that is your first ram with a pistol but I know years ago you talked about wanting to take one with a pistol. Congrats!!

Ya, first Ram with a pistol. This is the third time I've handgun hunted for a Ram and the first time I go a shot at one. The first hunt I could only get within 270yds so my partner shot him with his 270. No legal rams seen the second hunt.
