Great bull man! I myself had a late season Wasatch tag, settled on a bull that just broke 300” opening morning, I was super lucky to have my ol man with me for the weekend and I spotted him at 300 yards and it was just too good of an opportunity for myself.Well I’ll join in on this, I was one of the lucky WINNERS of a Wasatch mid Bull tag at EXPO and after a lot of research I decided to hire an Outfitter for the first time in my life (50) so I Chose Strawberry Bay Outfitters! And it turned out to be a great choice! We hunted hard for 7 days in some beautiful country and seen a good number of Elk 80/100 a day of different animals 15/25 bulls but a lot of 310 type of bulls or broken on the seventh morning I spotted this Bull bedded in some Quakies 3 ridges over and we decided he deserved a closer look after 45 minutes of pulling our guts out I was 642 yards away and decided I liked what I seen! The RUM did it job and it was time to call Luke ! And this was one of my favorite pictures of the whole trip !
I was up there 2 weeks before the hunt started and seen a ton of broken bulls. I had one bull that we believed was over 340, but he disappeared a week before the hunt started! The Wasatch is definitely a fun unit!
Again, congrats on an awesome bull, and picture!!
