I hear you. I did have access to serval very large farms for shed hunting which is why I thought I do better even early.

With a bit of research one can turn up links to deer age studys...its not uncommen for a doe to live 15+ years in the wild...oldest known doe in captivity was 23 I believe! I'm of the school that deer live much longer than most people think...Just ask supernut about the 17 year old buck he had on cam!!![]()

I hunted in SE NE right on the Kansas line and everybody else said the same thing from the few EHD outbreaks.
Yours the same or the continues popularity with out of state hunters.
agreed...A 10 year old buck is a unicorn in these parts of northern wisconsin, now a 17 year old one is a bit of a stretch, even for supernut
