Prime's are draw length specific cams, so you can't technically change draw length.
On that note, I have a 28.5" draw and was advised that the Rize's ran about a half-inch long and found that to be true. I'm sure you could get to 29" with some string twists/adjustments to the let-off/a tiny bit more D loop, but alas, I am far from an expert on the matter haha.

At some point, I did call a local Prime dealer and ask about swapping cams (when originally shopping for a Prime) and recall not being totally offended by what they quoted me, but I don't remember an exact number.
