My fitness goal for this year is to be in sheep shape by April 1. I started CrossFit workouts in November, and I can tell a pretty big difference in what I can do already. I started out at 218# (6' tall). My goal was to lose 20#, 20 points off my blood pressure and 20 points off my cholesterol. I've only lost 7 pounds so far, but I've put on more muscle than I started with too. I'm down to the last hole in my belt, and I need it to keep my pants up. I haven't checked BP or cholesterol since November. Need to. I'm gradually building strength and endurance. Got a ways to go for sure.

My goal is to get back into the shape I was in when I wrestled. I expect to be 185 ish. I'm 208 now slowly but surley I'm making my way down. Started at 220. I shattered my ankle rock climbing this past summer and just recently got the go ahead from the doc to start working out. Getting the strength back into my ankle is my main focus.

My goal is to work out every day. With my wife or my kids. Go from weighing 209 to about 190 or so. Have energy and stamina to hike into areas farther away from crowds. Some of the new spots i found are off the beaten path.

My goal this year is to break my 10 year run of being 185 pounds and not working out. I set a goal weight of 165 at the begining of the year. I know its still only January but i am down to 175 and i cant remember the last time i felt this good. Hopefully in 2013 i can continue to keep a good diet, eat vitamins, and work out.

My only real goal is complete a half marathon. I'm running one April 14th in the Outer Banks, NC

I hate running as well, but I decided to try and run a marathon. It's always been on my bucket list just to be able to say I did it...and the side benefit is that it'll definitely pay dividends on my hunts this fall. I'm aiming for the San Diego Marathon in June. Week one of training just wrapped up today!

Make sure I hit the gym at work three to four times a week or more. Do basic body weight lifting to rebuild what has atrophied these last years. Then by August weigh about 165.

Loosing 45 lbs from may to October then keeping it off was/is awesome. It's making this winter real easy.

Eating paleo makes it even easier to maintain my health.

I live within a couple miles of the trailhead to a 3800' peak (i live at 350ft) that has a good trail system on it. My goal is to hike from my house to the top and down ( about a 10 mile round trip) once a month until scouting season starts here in CA to keep my cardio in tune this year. I hate running so this will fill the void between seasons.

I've got a couple this year: run the Tampa Gasparilla race challenge (5K, 10K, 13.1 over the weekend), run a sub 2 hr 13.1 (would be really good for me) and do a half ironman. I figure if I train right and get it all done by season, I'm golden.

My goal is simple and doesn't change. Prepare/workout so that conditioning will not be a factor on my hunt. It is one of the few things I have complete control in regards to a back country hunt.
