20 gage chucker

For a 2 3/4 inch 20, I would start with 1 oz of 6s as the default chukar load and keep some 7.5s around if most of your shots are close over dogs. If the country is open and birds are getting up out there, then 5s can make sense, but I would pattern that gun before buying a case because older Citoris can show a clear preference. Biggest mistake is picking a shell by reputation and never checking what it does through your IC/M setup.

Wild birds? Fiocchi 20GP6 is the standard, 20GP5 when it is windy

It is pretty much always windy

Pen raised? 7.5 trap loads

I shoot the same shotgun, but a bit older. She sure likes super x 6 and 7.5. 3/4 and 1 oz loads. 7.5 dove loads are usually plenty as well if shots are under 35-40 yards. It doesn't take much to dump a chukar. They are notoriously delicate compared to pheasants. I have never shot a pen raised bird, but would imagine they would be no match for a dove load
