Went to Montana and weather was good and held up for the most part. Got some snow a couple days on and off as well. I got my first antelope at 200 yards. Seen tons of antelope 100s everyday. Hard to close the distance on a couple better ones we seen. This one stepped out over a hill alone and just presented the best opportunity. Not a bad one by any means. Gross score 62". I really wish the Berger 140 Elite Hunter didn’t destroy the cape, but it did unfortunately. Im never shooting this bullet again either lol. The entire back of the neck to the body was all white, which was really cool. Im not sure if its that common, but I don't think it is. But next time I'll just leave the cape on and let the taxidermy decide if it can be salvaged. Lesson learned. But I'll be at it again once I build points up. My brother got a nice one as well. It was 71" gross.

Yes weather was actually very good for the trip. The last day of the hunt it snowed but we were already done so we just processed our meat and then went to town, etc. I would go back probably. The outfitters we found is very limited and over 22 miles from the nearest road/town. Legit property for sure.
