Push up on the mainspring housing while you knock it out.

A punch and a hammer. Give it a tap, it will unseat from the retaining pin in the mainspring housing and then will move pretty easily.

I have the leaf spring & mainspring housing left in the gun. Thats it. WTF . This thing will not move
