Add h4350 to the above list. It’s been neck and neck with h4831sc for speed and accuracy. Have heard great things about rl23 but it’s even harder to find than rl26

H4831 (not short cut) @ 3050 from a kimber subalpine for me. It has worked well

56.5gr of H4350 with a 145gr LRX has been giving me about 3125fps out of a 24" barrel and 0.6" 5 round groups.

I vote H4350 or RL16. Don't have a 280ai, just a 7 SAUM which is almost the same capacity, just a hair bigger in some cases. RL23, H4831sc a close second.

H4350 and 145 Lazers seems to be happy around 3030 FPS in a 22" barrel.

That is a good velocity. Did you work up to pressure first?
I started at 55.0gr and was getting ~3020fps. I stopped at 57.0gr when I was getting very faint ejector marks on the brass. Accuracy at 57.0gr in my rifle was right at an inch too with no appreciable gain in velocity with a slightly lower charge.

H4350 worked well in my dad's 280 Rem I loaded with the original 150 X bullet years ago. Long bullet took up some powder space, H4350 worked well as it is slightly faster than many powders that would yield higher velocity with shorter bullets of the same weight.
