12x56 vs 15x56 Binoculars - Where's the Sweet Spot?

Don't sleep on the 10x52 NL Pure's either. If you love FOV, there is nothing bigger I have seen in handheld binos at that range. Their website says 390 ft @ 1,000 yds. WOW. Yes the price for both the 10x52 and 14x52 NL Pures are outrageous, but I have seen a couple used ones on here for right around $3,000 which is certainly better. The Leica glass is very nice as well but is more vibrant and punches up the colors in my experience. This caused my eyes to get more tired than with something more natural colorwise like the Swaro or Kowa color palates.

FWIW, the Vortex Talon HD's LRF binos are also very nice to look through. The 12x50's are a good range for you, the laser is second to none, including Sig and Vectronix, and the warranty is great. HUGE improvement over the Fury 5000's glass. The only downside is these are super heavy at 46.8 oz. Good luck!
