125 gr Cutting Edge Maximus for 6.5 PRC

Has anyone had any experience with these bullets? I’ve been thinking about trying some out for this fall in my PRC.

I use CEB bullets exclusively for large game, especially African species. They are devastating. I'm sure the lighter stuff is just as good.

Which bullets and what caliber are you using them in?

475 gn Safari Raptor out of my 500 NE
275 grain Safari Raptor 375 H&H
375 grain Safari Raptor 416 Rigby
235 gn Extended range raptor 375 H&H

Did you ever try the maximus in your PRC? Im testing them and the lazers in mine right now

No I’m trying to decide whether to try the 125gn maximus or 124 hammer hunters.

I will be trying some of those out too along with the 123gr absolutes. I think the BC is higher on the cutting edge but the hammers seem to always be available which is very nice, price and performance on game seems similar between the hammer and maximus as well. I just started reloading so i bought several different bullets to try out lol
