I have a pic on here from a few years ago of some ex1 evo 2’s and a chronograph. If I remember I was right around 190 fps , 51/52 lbs @ 31.5”. 550-560 grains. I can scroll back and find it. Roughly the same specs, but a half inch shorter draw on nika n3’s I was getting low to mid 190’s. So possible? Yyeeahh? Maybe? Not sure why they started out with a string that WASNT ff, but I doubt that was the reason. I’ve have never gotten 15fps switching to ff or a skinny string m. Half that tops. It would for sure have something to do with the right( fast) limbs on the right riser( length and pad angle ) with the right preload to get into limb where it does its best. With my long draw, 99% of the time the quietest/ fastest was NEVER bolts down, limbs maxed out to hit the weight i wanted. That’s probably why I’m back to shooting my longbows. Wood arrows may be on the horizon…
