Does anyone have a decent schedule for this? There are apps and links online but they are confusing to me due to starting variables.

I think your just start at one and then When you reach 100 your all done. Is an app really required?

There is a 10000 pushup challenge on Facebook. I actually did it in jan. Did 11k in 31 days. If you have FB, search for the group. Any 30 day stretch is fine and there are others that do it with you. Also, GORUCK is the main group sponsor.

An old Vietnam Vet once told me how easy it really was... do all you can one day, then the next day do just one more... and one more the next... it really isn't that easy because you get weaker and fall back but you just add one more the next day... eventually you will get there.

12 years ago I broke my left wrist and left collar bone in a motorcycle accident, but it looked cool. From 2002 -2006 I had HUGE problems passing my APFT due to push ups, I realized in about '05 why I was having problems, my left arm was 4-6 inches outside my shoulder line and my right was directly under my right shoulder, I was carrying more weight on my right arm and it didn't have the strength to do it "alone". I started working on it but ultimately, another stupid incident, a broken right radial head after a fall (hooked a bootlace at the top of a 6 foot fence because I was too lazy to walk 50 yards to the gate) weakened that arm enough that when I healed I was centered again. now with minimal work I can get upwards of 60 on the APFT.

Also, even in the best shape ever, at the end of basic training, I was only doing 60+ pushups. My upper body isn't built for it. But not many folks beat me with a ruck back then...

That pushup challenge on here, that's what I did. I started in the 30s and got to almost 60 but it was very slow going at the end. I did 200 burpees in around 1/2 hour yesterday but I suck ass at pushups. That website above has an app that might make more sense but I haven't bought it. It is a staggered interval that works with pullups, lunges and etc.
