First, congrats to the sheep hunters that have harvested already this year. I leave the last week of August for a Dalls hunt.
Watching overall weight, so my question is does it really matter if I use 8x42 NL Pures or 10x42 NL Pures? I will have a guide and another spotter/guide. I can help look for white spots, and in terms of helping make an initial find I am not sure two extra is going to help.

Your guide will spot and judge every sheep you see before you even get your binos out.
If you want to see somthing first you better have them on a hanger and not in a chest protector.

Never were truer words written. I guess I am thinking about it in terms of which will I enjoy having the most. 10 see a little more and 8s are significantly smaller hanging around my chest. If I were 235 pounds as opposed to the current 170, I might think they were the same. But, they are not.

The 12x42 Pures are unbelievable. Those are what I’d have if you can stomach the price. They’re pretty sweet.
