    Hiatal hernia is a possibility. Good to hear the SOS works as I don't know anyone who has used it. Glad to hear it worked for you. Great advice to keep it on. Curious to the results of all of this, but praise God you're ok.

    I had the same issues with pull ups, turns out my hands were too close together forcing the wrong connective groups to work harder than intended. Training overload is a real thing, especially if you're running on a natural body. As @180ls1 said, listen to your body.

    2024 CA Success?

    I've seen lots of does. Couldn't close the gap on 2 legal bucks in D5. Going to keep up on them and I' m hoping they don't migrate much for rifle. With the heat I think everything is hanging out pretty high still.
