    What food do y’all carry on the field?

    How’s that mix keep? Not sure the chocolate or the dates would do great in ga where I live, we get 100+ degree days, may have to try it when I’m up in tn for 7-10 days. I’ll have to try the potatoes too, I just add tuna and hot sauce to basically everything, can even make mre rice appetizing

    What part of the frame did you not like? The only framed pack I’ve used is the aforementioned m97, but t what where your gripes with it? I know it’s not going to be comfortable compared to like a osprey but from what I’ve read mr packs do a good job of putting the weight to your legs

    I’ve seen that some of the nice rucks have the feature where you can put things between the frame and the pack, is it every nice ruck that has this? And how effective is it really? Aside from packouts I would probably use it to carry fly things like wool blankets, tarps , or maybe a chair or rifle
