    7mm PRC reloading advise

    I get 2900fps =/- out of my 22" Proof barrel running a 175gr ABLR with 69.3gr N565 out of fired Peterson brass & a Rem 9 1/2 primer. BTO of 2.6650". More importantly, it's an accurate load. I loaded up to 71.3, but saw no accuracy improvement.

    My favorite cartridge. I never ran H1000 in the 340 Bee. 7828ssc, Norma MRP and RL22 were all good. 85gr MRP was my favorite with 250gr SGKs pushing 3000fps into 1/2 inch, then 86.5gr 7828ssc right there too. Killed elk far away with both loads.

    Great info. Thanks. I managed to get my hands on a brick of Rem 9 1/2M primers, which are the mildest of the magnums. I'm going to use them, and then try WLRs, which are the hottest of the LR primers.
