I have no advice on how to get the privacy you deserve, but will say God Bless you for taking these girls into your family and obviously giving them a loving home!
Also suggest Beartooth pass and Dead Indian pass. Amazing! Got some funny looks hauling my travel trailer over them. Suggested overall length was 40 or 45 feet but it didn't bother me. Hauled logs off Mt. St. Helens after she blew so steep narrow winding roads are nothing.Cut into the places I...
I thought the objective lens covers were fairly decent but the other ones are plastic and suck. I tried some Kowa BD2s that were almost identical optically to the BX4s but the covers for the eyepiece were rubber and seemed pretty nice. I'll be looking into lens covers and post back what or if I...
When I bought my Meostars a couple years ago I asked Eric personally about loaners if anything went wrong. He assured me they would do that if at all possible. Glad they stepped up for you!
The Carslisle tires mentioned are a great tire. Carslisle redesigned them a couple years ago to lead the pack in trailer tires. Have them on my travel trailer after a lot of research and couldn't be happier.
The other thing is that to me with my Knight Bighorn the Barnes Tez bullets really didnt load any easier than 300 grain mz expander so I stuck with those and switched to hp 24 sabots.
I'm assuming all of the Lowa Hunters are 200 gram insulate? How stiff are the soles? I'm interested but like a pretty flexible sole for stalking, still hunting.
Elk live outside. The rain affects them literally zero. They eat, sleep, feed, travel and do whatever elk do in the rain. I like the rain because it helps cover my scent and noise.
Interesting. Ive never tried sub bases. Ive tried the Barnes TEZ and there was nothing ez about them. Ive killed several elk with the 300 grain expander MZ bullets. Thought they loaded about the same as the TEZs. Although decently accurate I havent been able to make them shoot exceptionally...
Heres my smallest legal branch bull. 3 point minimum, check. Points at least 1 inch long, check. At least 2 points above the ears, check! Boom! Muzzleloader bull.
Some mashers on this thread. I'll have to dig up a pic of my smallest legal bull after we went to branch antler restrictions here. I will say I let him go the first time I saw him. The second time he turned his head just right!
