    I have Berger 168s and Sierra Tipped Match Kings. Both I would use on Elk. Core lokt are meh, I'd stay away.

    I've always shot off my heavier duty tripod. I've recently picked up the gunwerks backpacker tripod/ head which is rated to like 9 lbs. Are those generally fine to shoot off occasionally?

    How are folks adding a full length Arca rail to their Rokstok for shooting off a tripod? Drilling and adding T-nuts to mount a rail. I couldn't find anything on Salmon River solutions that seemed to fit?

    Training rifle caliber/ are they worth it?

    I put 500-1000? rounds through my 223 Tikka last year and am a substantially better shot. Not even comparable to 1-3 boxes a year. That has transferred very well to my Tikka 7RM. I purchased a Tikka 22lr this spring but have yet to shoot it. Assuming it'll be a fun plinker.
