Bergara B-14 Wilderness Hunter build
1/2 MOA at 100 yard with both Hornady 140 ELD-M’s and 143 ELD-X’s. Couldn’t be happier with this rifle. I’ll throw a Trigger Tech flat pull trigger in it and replace the barrel with a Proof carbon light sendero before next season, but this will easily satisfy my semi custom itch this season. -

I guess I forgot to make a recommendation…after selling the Savage, I picked up a Bergara B14 Wilderness Hunter in 6.5 Creedmor and couldn’t be happier. I bought a Savage 110 with no first hand experience with their rifles. I bought it because of the reputation for out of the box accuracy…it shot incredibly well, like really well, but I sold it less than a month later because of the absolutely terrible bolt lift. Update on the Savage: I won’t argue, the Savage is a shooter for sure, but that heavy bolt lift just makes shooting it not fun and I refuse to completely remove my hand from the stock to cycle the bolt for follow up shots. I sold the rifle last night a complete package for what I had into it... -

What is the barrel contour on the rifle in the green bravo? I just ordered a B14 Wilderness Hunter with the #4 contour medium sporter barrel and curious if it’ll look weird in the KRG stock. Yours looks like a #5 and looks great. -

Got the new stock installed, HUGE improvement over the floppy Hogue stock. The Magpul stock is rigid and the barrel is completely free floated now.
