Yep, they must be dumping ridiculous amounts of money into this. During an hour long workout at the gym, I’m seeing 5-10 pro 127 ads on TV (2-4 different channels).
My perspective might be biased, but I feel like I’m seeing more ads for 127 than any other ballot prop.
I’m remaining optimistic...
Good work, @taskswap.
Yes, if you are a Reddit user we can always use more support for sound wildlife management. Upvote and/or provide a thoughtful comment!
Please no, “IF PROP 127 PASSES YOUR DAMN POODLE IS GONNA GET ATE BY A LION!!!”
Reddit can be a polarizing place, let’s promote fact...
I heard something similar about a CPR/NPR bit.
There was a thread on the topic that popped up yesterday on the r/colorado subreddit and judging by upvotes/downvotes/comments a notable majority were against the proposition. We have a decent chance at defeating this.
Let’s keep up the donations...
Thanks to SKRE for being a Rokslide sponsor and giving away some gear!
Thanks to Rokslide for coordinating the giveaway and being an awesome place on the internet!
I just wore my SKRE Venture Flex Pants for 4 consecutive days on a Colorado bear hunt. Conditions were:

I am the other lucky winner of the SKRE Venture pants giveaway. I’ll be taking them out for an extended weekend CO bear hunt in a few days. Will report back next week with my feedback. First impressions are positive, and I’m looking forward to putting them to the test.
Great initial...
Last summer, I was getting blown primers on my 15+ year old 7mm RM Savage 110 shooting Federal TA 155s.
Turned out to be an excessive headspace issue which got fixed up by a gunsmith. It’s been shooting well since then with several more boxes of same ammo.
Man, I wish I was ready to jump on this train right now, but I won’t be for another 1-3 years probably.
Hope you guys are able to get an order in and get some lefty chassis in the market!
FWIW I have seen some social media ads from CRWM. Keep in mind that social media ads tend to be very targeted to certain locations/demographics, so many people won’t see any. I’m located in the front range.
I can’t speak to any network TV or streaming services ads as I don’t watch any.
I am a homeowner in a blue collar neighborhood in central Aurora.
Aurora, in general, is a perfectly decent place. More shit goes down in some areas than others. It is quite large, geographically. It’s a large town in a large metro area and has some of the typical large city problems.
What is...
Yeah, that’s the trick. NBC is holding on tightly to their broadcasting rights.
The only way that I’m aware of is with a subscription to PeacockTV or to watch it live on NBC.
I think we would get better data if you make a new thread/poll with multi-selectable answers of
- black (lower 48)
- grizzly/black (lower 48)
- coastal Alaska
- interior Alaska
But to answer your question:
In black bear country, yes. Grizzly bear country, no.
I ordered two items. I paid for and received the first (more expensive) item. The second item got cancelled. I requested a full refund or store credit for the value of the second item (tried to push my luck a bit). They just went ahead and refunded 50% of the more expensive item that I had...
The Mountainsmith Mountain Shelter LT has tons of room for me (6’4”), my gear, and dog. I’m not even close to touching either end. You could sleep two if you needed to.
There’s been a couple steep sales on them in the last year or two and you can usually find a used one floating for cheap.
