I can relate, I never had an issue solo for a couple weeks at a time until I had my daughter. Having an InReach helps a bunch and like was stated above cutting yourself is a bad deal at any time but especially solo, carry some quick clot gauze and a TQ, take a stop the bleed class, been there...
I was expecting to get a bit longer out of it, it’s still good but you can feel the difference between the front and back of it. What country was yours made in? Not sure if it makes a difference but mines from Thailand.

My Dad has this, it's a good cot for truck camping, packs down good and is comfortable, 32" wide is about as good as it gets.
